Promoting Employability through AI Prompt Engineering Skills for Youth (PES4U)

HUMORIZE, also known as the PES4U Project (Prompt Engineering Skills for Youth), is a visionary Erasmus+ initiative aimed at empowering young people and youth workers across Europe with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to thrive in the AI driven world.

By integrating non-formal education with digital creativity, HUMORIZE seeks to make AI prompt engineering accessible and engaging, especially for those facing social or economic disadvantage.

The project emphasizes ethical, inclusive, and imaginative uses of AI, teaching young people how to use prompt engineering techniques to enhance employability, develop critical thinking, and take part in shaping the future.

What is Prompt Engineering?

Prompt Engineering is the art and science of designing inputs for AI models—especially generative tools like ChatGPT or DALL•E—to achieve meaningful and valuable outputs.

This skill is rapidly becoming a cornerstone in modern workplaces, offering new pathways for employment and digital participation.

HUMORIZE introduces PES (Prompt Engineering Skills) through the lens of creativity: storytelling, humor, visuals, and real-life problem solving.

Young people are taught how to ethically and effectively guide AI tools to create impactful content, simulate solutions, and design their own digital projects.

Our Mission

To reduce the digital divide and promote employability and social inclusion by equipping disadvantaged young people and youth workers with practical, creative, and accessible prompt engineering skills.

Project Objectives


Empower Youth Workers: Build capacity among youth-led NGOs and youth workers to implement AI prompt engineering in their work.
Upskill Disadvantaged Youth: Provide hands-on training in PES to increase employability, confidence, and digital citizenship.
Develop and Disseminate Resources: Create and share high-quality educational content, video tutorials, and frameworks.
Promote Awareness & Advocacy: Launch an international campaign and produce policy recommendations for mainstreaming PES in youth work.
Build an Inclusive Network: Establish a European community of practice advocating for ethical and inclusive use of AI in youth sectors.
